Join our 7/26 Mass Meeting to determine next steps to win a strong contract!

It has now been more than a year since we voted by an overwhelming 90% to form our union so we could bargain for needed improvements to our working conditions. While we’ve made gains, Sinai administration has refused to meet our consistent calls for a fair contract in a timely manner. Their resistance to us having stronger protections in areas like job stability and discrimination, harassment, and bullying has dragged out negotiations, with no indication of greater urgency on issues like salary, housing, or childcare.

It is clear that we need to increase the pressure if we want to avoid further delays to a fair contract that ensures a more just and equitable working environment for postdocs.

Can you join us at 5pm next Wednesday, July 26 at 99th St. and Madison Ave (In front of Icahn building) to determine our next steps and show Sinai that we are ready to increase our calls for a fair contract? RSVP here: https://forms.gle/H21rRyJj81cMvuap9
