We will be holding a “Know Your Rights” Town Hall this Thursday, February 15th, from 11:30am-12:30pm, location TBA. We will discuss the rights we won in our historic first contract, how to exercise them, and what to do if Mount Sinai is violating them. Please RSVP to attend!
Postdocs have been working proactively to address workplace issues and grievances under our contract. Since winning our contract in December, organizers have already successfully supported a number of colleagues with enforcing our union rights and have been meeting monthly with Mount Sinai representatives about contract implementation.
